How We Met

We met in the UC Band's clarinet section, and then I became her Big Sister in the band sorority, and later her roommate.

Favorite Memories

• Late chats sitting on the floor as roommates.
• Finding new recipes and silly games (mostly Wii Party) to pass the evenings during the 2020 lockdowns.
• Spending a long weekend in Chicago to check out the sights, museums, and deep dish pizza.

How We Met

We met in Girl Scouts at 6 years old and grew up together, getting through school and all of life's milestones together.

Favorite Memories

• Spending summers together as camp counselors, planning out our activities for the week and building so many campfires.
• Finding out we were assigned lockers next to each other in high school.
• Marching band every year before school started.

• Summer days at Kings Island, hitting all the roller coasters.
• Peer pressuring Erica to finally try Skyline Chili after 5 years in Cincinnati (and now she loves it).

• A lunch meetup or shopping trip.
• A movie night.

How We Met

We met in Tau Beta Sigma and bonded over our shared first and middle names, and our love of Taylor Swift.

Favorite Memories

• Our girl's trip to Gatlinburg last year to see the mountains and visit Dollywood.
• Listening parties and craft nights to celebrate our favorite album releases.
• Singing every word to the Hamilton songs at a Broadway “rave”.

How We Met

Shortly after Evan and I started dating, I met his awesome sister. Since then, we've gotten to spend lots of holidays and family trips together!

Favorite Memories

• Visiting Madeline at her new home in Vail, Colorado last summer. Evan and I loved catching up over board games and seeing some of her favorite spots in town.
• Madeline helped us paint our entire home in one weekend when we moved in. We couldn't have done it all without her expertise!

How We Met

Mike and Raymond took several of us trumpet freshmen under their wing during my first year. They made college truly memorable.

Favorite Memories

• Our dumb road-trips that began with a day trip to Wisconsin for 100,000 pop tabs. We listened to “500 Miles” over 200 times and I still don't know the lyrics.
• Introducing me to Giordano's pizza and organizing trips to explore Chicago, Washington D.C., and Japan to name a few.

How We Met

I first met Raymond in the band room during my college trumpet audition. Not only did we share an instrument, but we shared a major.

Favorite Memories

• Introduced me to GenCon and board games. We have had many memorable game nights and GenCon trips together.
• Working together on the band website. I learned a lot about web development (and spite) from Raymond.

How We Met

Rob moved into the 3011 during my second year. He was a co-conspirator in filling my entire room with balloons for my birthday.

Favorite Memories

• Our trips up to Mid-Ohio to watch Rob race
• Borderlands 2 speed running with coneys on the line
• Building my PC together in college

• A good competition. Go karting, video games, and pretty much anything else
• Advice on all things cars and pc-building

We were the same year in school, band, and moved into the 3011 the same year. We experienced much of college through the same lens.

• All of our Hank-mas Christmas movie marathon celebrations.
• Getting way too invested in marbles rolling down a track. Oceanics > Hazers

How We Met

I met Brian through the UC marching band and we were roommates at the 3011 together.

Favorite Memories

• First trip to Universal. We rode Rip Ride Rockit like 10 times in a row.
• Going to Kings Island over the summers.
• Playing switch games during Christmas trying them all out.

How We Met

Erin joined the UC Band the same year as Evan, and was in the same Tau Beta Sigma class as Megan.

Favorite Memories

• Camping out at Mammoth Cave. Even if it was cold outside, it was warm (and amazing) in the cave.
• Visiting the Grand Canyon together in March 2024. Looking down at the desert in the canyon while standing in the snow at the top was unforgettable.
